The Fujairah Misdemeanors Court considered the case of "improving sin" in which an Asian youth and domestic worker were charged.

The defendant, who worked in the home of a citizen, identified the young man by telephone and had an emotional relationship. When the defendant asked to meet her, she told him that she would try to use the time of the family to leave the house so that they could meet.

After a while, the family decided to go out for a walk, leaving the accused to complete the usual daily household cleaning. The accused found her an opportunity to meet the accused. She informed him of the date of the meeting and that her room would be the safe place to meet them. Some of the tasks, but she did not respond to them, she went to her room, located at the end of the house, to surprise the presence of a stranger with her in her room.

The wife called her husband and told the police, who came immediately and arrested the suspects. The prosecution ordered them to be tried on charges of improving disobedience.

When the judge questioned him, the accused said that there was a family relationship with the accused, who was his cousin's daughter. The court closed the case file for the decision at a later hearing.
