The Ministry of Education reported that the number of students who participated in the IQ tests for the Emirates Award for Young Scientists, which was submitted electronically for the first time, reached 500 students in the secondary stage of the national students in all emirates of the country. .

The tests are divided into three phases. The first 500 students are subject to the computerized theoretical test in the subjects (mathematics, chemistry, physics and biology) distributed in 19 test centers in the Ministry of Education schools. At the end of the first stage, 40 students On their performance in the EMSAT test to the second stage.

The second phase will be preceded by 40 students who have passed the first stage with a practical experience in chemistry, physics and biology, and solve practical problems in mathematics, and then qualify from this stage 12 students to the third and final stage which is the nucleus of innovation. Case study. The students are then subject to training by specialists. The student will then analyze, plan, design, prepare and prepare a nucleus of innovation, project and case study on time, and present it and discuss it to the specialized committee.

The specialized committee evaluates the projects based on a scientific evaluation mechanism. Four winners are qualified from this stage, with one winner from each of the four subjects (mathematics, chemistry, physics and biology).
