The second day of the National Assembly was held. Among the many stories that came out of today (November 11), we want to deal with the human rights issues of women workers who have been issues at the Environment and Labor Commission. It is the story of an airline crew who must wear uniforms that are all out of shape, and golf course caddies who can not do well in spite of sexual harassment.

First of all, I am a top reporter.

Yoon Eun-jung, a flight attendant at the KCG, expressed her bitterness in wearing uniforms, knowing she would commercialize women.

[Yoo Eun-jung / Airline crew: When busy, there are many cases where the front button is released or the blouse climbs and the slippery is visible.]

There were reasons why I could not wear my pants.

[Yoo Eun-jung / Airline crew: Even the pants are bright and sticky, and the panty lines are visible. ]

Not only are there dark-colored pants uniforms, but they are very different from US or European airlines that focus on uniforms to improve work efficiency.

The toxic Asian carriers stick to their uniforms, but they do not change their minds.

The handwritten letters of the golf course caddies sent to the National Assembly members were also disclosed.

"I could not buddy because I did not have a sister." "I wish I had you." It is difficult to add sexual harassment to your mouth.

[Member of the National Assembly / National Assembly Environmental Workers' Party (Free Korean National Party): I can not read my mouth. (Sexual harassment guests) can stop using it or get it to go to the golf course?

[Kim In Sik / President of Golf Club: I have been doing so since recently.]

Caddy is a self-employed person with special contracts to contract, so it is difficult to expect active labor supervision or labor laws.

There has been an amendment to include caddy in the Gender Equality Act, but it has not been discussed.

It is imperative to establish an active system along with the eradication of perceptions of women workers.
