The Ministry of Human Resources and Localization announced punitive measures against 11 service centers, including the revocation of one license, temporarily suspending another center and blocking some services from the other nine centers.

The ministry said that the measures taken were due to the failure of these centers to comply with the criteria of the UAE Government Excellence Program and the failure of the investors from the concerned centers to correct the irregularities observed in these centers through the Ministry's task forces. Of the operational violations focused on the low efficiency and quality of services and the high rate of complaints of customers and the high rate of waiting time and time of service as well as committing serious violations that would harm the interests of dealers and citizens and citizens working in this Centers.

She pointed out that the ministry, based on its keenness on the interests of investors initiated meetings and workshops to raise awareness of the seriousness of the violations committed by the centers attributed to them and the extent of their negative impact on the level of services and workers in these centers where the ministry did not touch any interaction from the owners of the centers concerned, which necessitated taking legal action against them The license of one of the facilitators in Dubai has been canceled for serious violations while another center in Sharjah has been temporarily suspended pending confirmation that it has removed all the reasons for the penalty.

She added that under the punitive measures taken by the ministry, the ministry's main services were blocked from nine other service centers until it was proven to be efficient and capable of providing services to clients according to the specified conditions and conditions. The ban included two centers in Abu Dhabi and others in Al Ain and one in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Ras The tent and the cow.

The ministry contacted the citizens working in the centers and offered to move to other committed centers, in order not to be affected by the suspension of services.
It also stressed that the punitive measures will not affect in any way the reception of services according to geographic locations, especially in the light of the presence of 86 service centers at the level of the country, which has about 2057 citizens and citizens providing various government services.
