The Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has made it possible to register the complaints of dealers about the violations against them, related to the Salik service, among five new features added to the upgraded version of the Dubai Smart application.

In a statement to the press yesterday, the TRA announced that it has enhanced the Dubai Smart application with five additional services related to the Salik tariff system as part of its keenness to increase the utilization of the application, supporting the Dubai Government's non-paper transactions strategy.

Director of Smart Services in the Enterprise Technical Support Services Sector, Maher Shireh, said that Dubai Drive's application was designed based on the ideas, suggestions and opinions of the public, and therefore the Authority is working to develop its services to meet the needs and expectations of the customers.

He added that the five new services that were added to the application related to Salik are the creation of a personal profile, the addition and modification of a new Salik number, the linking of the Salik account to the RTA account, the identification and payment of irregularities, Liberated against them.

He added that the launch of several smart services enhances the Dubai Government's strategy for paperless transactions by 2021, adding that the addition of services to Dubai Drive enhances its advantages and supports the TRA's goal of achieving the convenience of its customers by providing the best solutions to facilitate them.
