In the Moscow school number 67, third-graders staged a brawl, as a result of which several girls were taken to hospital. According to the interlocutor of RT, the Moscow State Department of the Interior Ministry, upon the incident, the department for juvenile affairs of the Dorogomilovo OMVD conducts an inspection.
“On February 26, at around 15:20, the police received telephone messages from medical institutions about the delivery of minors with injuries to them. They explained that they were injured during the conflict. Now police officers are establishing the causes of the conflict and all its details, ”RT told the capital’s head office of the Interior Ministry.
School director 67 Kozlov, Andrei Kozlov, told RT that a third grade student fight began in one of the classrooms during a break. At the time of the start of the fight, the class teacher was not in the office. The teacher ran to the screams of the students when the fight was over. During the test, it will be established why the teacher was not in place.
According to Kozlov, five third-graders participated in the conflict. A few more people filmed what was happening on the camera phones, the video was uploaded to the network.
The record shows how one of the schoolgirls hits the other child with a bag. In this case, these frames are clearly made in the school locker room, and not in the classroom, where, according to the director, a scuffle took place.
“Some (participants in the conflict. - RT ) did not need hospitalization, this is a very difficult question, because hospitalization took place at the insistence of the parents. Children have no serious injuries. Everyone speaks as if they lie under droppers in intensive care. But there is nothing there, it is pure provocation, ”says director Andrei Kozlov.
According to the Moscow Interior Ministry cupola, four girls were taken to the hospital, two of whom were sent home on the same day after receiving medical aid. Two more parties to the conflict decided to leave under the supervision of doctors.
Now doctors are examining affected children. There are suspicions of injuries to the internal organs of the abdomen, and one of the schoolgirls may have a closed head injury and concussion. The school principal noted that the final survey results may appear by the evening of February 27.
"Survive the new one"
According to one of the versions, the cause of the fight could be the persecution of a student who switched to school No. 67 at the beginning of the school year. In an interview with RT, the director of the educational institution, Andrei Kozlov, stressed that the classmates and their parents had complaints about the newcomer more than once.
“There is a girl in the class with unusual behavior. This fight is another attempt to survive, it is not an accidental conflict. In other words, baiting. We have already spoken with the parents of the participants in the fights, this is a long-lasting conflict and there have already been episodes before, ”the school director said, adding that a meeting would be held on February 27 about this.
As the father of the girl told the Moskovsky Komsomolets publication, the parents of third-graders complained about their behavior for a year, after the incident at the school, he began to receive threats. A man wrote a statement to the police.
The incident at school No. 67 will also be studied by the Investigation Committee, and a procedural decision will be made based on the results of the audit, the official website says. In addition, the circumstances of the fight finds out the children's ombudsman Anna Kuznetsova.
