People began to gather on Lenin Square in the morning. Some women put on mourning clothes that day and put black ribbons in their hair. Almost everyone had a bunch of flowers in their hands.

Flower shops near the square quickly became empty. Red carnations were not enough for everyone, and the Kerchites carried armfuls of white and yellow chrysanthemums, wreaths with ribbons "For eternal memory", baskets with roses and artificial orchids.

Friday morning was raw and foggy. In the midst of the crowd that came to the mourning event, a boy of about fifteen lost consciousness. Rosgvardeets and the militia carried him out of the crowd in his arms. And people all arrived and arrived at the square. According to the Kerch authorities, more than 33.3 thousand people took part in the farewell ceremony.

The first victim of the explosion in the technical school - a boy from a Muslim family - was buried yesterday, immediately after the identification. The bodies of the rest were brought to the square in closed coffins.

“Let me have my granddaughter there, let me go!” - the grandmother begs me. The crowd briefly parted.

Students of the Polytechnic University, their relatives and teachers are passed through a separate frame. Almost everyone came in ordinary clothes, only a few students tied their hair with black armbands. The guys hug and try to keep away from the crowd and journalists.

“My brother told me: his friend almost ran out, and his fragments right in the back! - Marina, a student of a long-suffering technical school, breaks her voice. “And they didn't save him.”

"Matured in one day"

On the square begins to sound "Requiem" by Mozart. Music rushes through the square, medical students stand modestly on the side - those same volunteers who came running to the site of the explosion to help the ambulance.

Three guys with fashionable short haircuts are like brothers. All hold dark red roses and try not to look around in the eyes.

“We have physical education near this college. When everything happened, we ran there, ”says Arslan Epsoto, the day of the explosion.

According to him, the classes were immediately canceled - the future nurses and orderlies volunteered to help the whole college.

“They were not letting freshmen - they still don’t really know anything. And girls. They have weak nerves. They let me in, ”says Arslan. - The guys screamed in pain and fear. I spoke to them to calm them down. ”

According to the boy, the main thing was to quickly stop the bleeding in the wounded, bandage or give painkillers to bring to the resuscitation alive.

Medical college students, who were not allowed to provide first aid, went to donate blood. The next day, almost all of them came to class. Nobody wanted to take time off.

“Yesterday came - no faces on them! - Stella Alexandrova, an older teacher of pediatrics at the college, leans on a cane and nods at the children who came with Arslan. - Those who liked to chat, turn around - all the pale sit silently. At once matured.

Arslan has a brother at a polytechnic school. The shooter was from the same group.

“My brother went to the street instead of the canteen. Well, that did not stay - Arslan frowns and shakes his head. - Today, some of the guys are on duty here. Ensure that no one else is sick. Do you see guys in white coats? ”

While we are talking, some residents of Kerch, who did not wait for their turn to go through the frames to the square, begin to send bouquets through fences. Students and relatives take flowers from their hands. Some cops connect to the live circuit.

During the next transfer, one of the women in black accepts another bouquet of chrysanthemums and suddenly does not stand up - clings to an unknown militiaman and cries. The man hugs her and says, "Quiet, I know, quiet."

Second shift

While on the square they were saying farewell to the dead, the victims of Roslyakov’s actions lived in Kerch hospitals on this mourning day. A 20-year-old 2nd year college student, Jan Egorova, is lying on a hospital bed with a broken and injured leg.

“At the second break, we went to eat,” says Jan. - We have only pies in the dining room, we take them with us. Just sat down, as I felt the shock wave back wave. Then the fire around, screamed the girls. It dawned on me what happened. I sank to the floor and crawled. Somewhere near the exit either crawled, or a boy was walking. Then the crash and he fell. "

At the exit from the dining room, Jan was picked up by two boys and carried to the mat. Only then did she realize that she was wounded: by shrapnel she caught her leg. The similar trauma was in the majority of victims. The ambulance had to wait a very long time, so Yana was taken to the hospital for a ride. It turned out that, apart from the wounds, the girl also received a fracture.

“I still cannot forget the eyes of the boy who fell after the explosion,” says Yana. “He just looked up.”

"The tragic case"

Several thousand kilometers from Kerch, grief came to the family of student Denis Pavlov. An old friend of the family, Yegor Perepyolkin, died as a result of the attack of Roslyakov. Denis recalls that literally a few hours before the tragedy he spoke with a friend.

“In the morning, he sent me a Vkontakte song, called“ The Tragic Incident, ”says Denis. - And then he said that he did not want to go to college, but he had to. This was our last conversation. ”

A friend recalls that Yegor Perepyolkin did not like Kerch - he had to go there with his parents. The guy really missed Chelyabinsk and his friends there.

At every opportunity, Perepyolkin came to his native city, and after graduating from the technical school he wanted to join the army, and then return to Chelyabinsk.

“The last time he came to us for the holidays, he went back to Kerch very reluctantly,” says Denis. - Hugged goodbye, he said, "Long off - extra tears." We waited for him this winter. ”
