As it is noted in the message, “the regional gas industry threatens the heating season,” pursuing a policy of “outright sabotage”.
“In connection with the planned introduction from December 1, 2018 of the daily gas balancing system, Naftogaz of Ukraine NAC draws attention to the outright sabotage of the system’s start by the regional gas companies, most of which belong to the Dmitry Firtash’s RGC group,” the company said
It is noted that incomplete or unreliable information about consumers provided by regional gas companies to the Ukrtransgaz Information Platform makes it impossible to correctly register consumers.
According to the company, part of the timing operators could not fully and correctly enter the necessary data, and a third of them completely ignored the need for preliminary testing of the Information Platform and did not provide any information about their gas consumers.
It is noted that the introduction of daily balancing under such circumstances will lead to the fact that many heat producers, including those who supply heat and hot water to the population, will not be able to receive gas from Naftogaz, which will actually lead to the disruption of the heating season.
Earlier in a number of cities in Ukraine, protests were held due to the lack of heating. Later, the situation was resolved.
In particular, in Krivoy Rog, problems with heating became so serious that unknown people broke into the Krivorozhgaz building, broke the seals from the boiler houses and began to steal gas, and a group of protesters even began to burn tires near the company's office. As a result, all boilers were launched in Krivoy Rog.
