For his part, the third defendant denied what was attributed to him and said that he tried to install the first defendant to prevent him from assaulting him, during which the clothing of the first defendant was torn, and said that he said to him (do not press your age so as not to click a sweat) without being insulted.

He explained that the attached pictures in the papers of the case confirms that he was beaten and tearing his clothes by the first defendant, pointing out that the police officers who attended the scene were witnesses to being beaten and tearing his clothes.

The second accused denied the charges against him and stated that the third defendant, who was away from the boat of the second accused, was not covered by more than 50 meters inside the sea and that the cameras on the cruiser and eyewitnesses confirmed his statement.

He stated that he defended himself after being attacked by the third defendant. He pointed out that the third accused insulted him and told him: "I have destroyed what they knew." The court offered the defendants a reconciliation after hearing their statements. The defendants agreed to reconcile the case in recognition of the court's efforts. .
