According to the circular, the prohibited operations are subject to the number 28829 and 28830.

In its generalization, the Ministry addressed all medical areas, government and private hospitals, pharmacists, pharmacists' assistants, and state and private pharmacies to take the necessary action if one of these operations is detected.
