According to the AD, Imanuelle Grives has submitted a request to await her possible conviction in her drug case. It was decided on Thursday that this request would be met.
To this end, she must pay a deposit of 5,000 euros.
Grives submitted a petition for this through her new lawyer. The Dutch actress can now leave the prison and remain at liberty until her possible conviction.
NU.nl is still awaiting a response from Grives' lawyer.
Last week it was announced that the introductory session in her case will take place on 19 September. The content of the case is not yet dealt with, but the agenda of the case is set. Grives does not have to be present.
Actress had a large amount of drugs
Grives was told on August 16 that she should remain in custody for longer. The Grives investigation has been completed and handed over to the Antwerp correctional court. It is not yet known when the process will take place.
The actress was caught in July with more than a hundred ecstasy pills, 20 grams of cocaine, a little 10 grams of ketamine and a few amounts of MDMA and amphetamine. Drugs were also found in the Airbnb home that the actress had rented.
In addition to Grives, two American women will stand trial. Various media reported that the two American women are friends of Grives.
