The body of a man, undoubtedly that of the father who had been missing with his two children since Saturday evening, announced the Gard prefecture. The 40-year-old mother was saved before the car was swept away by the Gardon, in flood, on Saturday evening.
The two children, aged four and 13, remained missing on Monday, as well as a man in the town of Saint-Martin-de-Valamas in the neighboring department of Ardèche. More information to come.
