[HIGHLIGHTS] SvFF postpones VAR decision – will not be introduced in Allsvenskan next year

The Swedish Football Association's board meeting on Tuesday discussed the VAR issue again. The message after the session is that there is a need for further analysis and in-depth study of the use of VAR.

As many as 84 percent of the respondents want VAR in Allsvenskan. The board will therefore not present a proposal for a decision on the Var issue to football's representative meeting in November. The motion time has already passed for the upcoming representative meeting. Thus, both AllsVENskan 2024 and 2025 will be played without Var.
