Soccer Junya Ito withdraws from Japan national team. Chairman Tajima explained, ``We made a comprehensive decision after considering Ito's condition.'' Ito was accused of sexually assaulting two women at a hotel in Osaka.
Two men filed a complaint with the Osaka Prefectural Police in January, and in response, Ito also filed a complaints alleging the accusations are unfounded. Both complaints have been accepted by the police. Ito had been announced to be withdrawing from Japan's Asian Cup national team following some reports.
