Six members of CONCACAF have joined the usual ten competitors in South America. The groups are: Group A: Argentina, Peru, Chile, and the winner of Canada and Trinidad and Tobago. Group Two: Mexico, Ecuador, Venezuela, and Jamaica Group Three: The United States, Uruguay, Panama, and Bolivia.
