The CAN 2024 grand final between Ivory Coast and Nigeria will be preceded by a closing ceremony. Alpha Blondy, Ivorian reggae icon, will headline the ceremony.
Other Ivorian artists such as Serge Beynaud, Roseline, Didi B, Tam Sir and Team Paiya were invited. An orchestra of children and trainers will perform "Akwaba", the official song of the CAN. The president of Ivory Coast, Alassane Ouattara who gave his name to the stadium, Patrice Motsepe, the president of Fifa, Gianni Infantino, will be among the distinguished guests.
