Second-year player Takuya Hiruma is aiming to become a regular outfielder. Last season, Hiruma's first year, he played in 56 games from the middle of the season.
Hiruma said that during the camp, he focuses more on his chest than on his hand movements. He also expressed his enthusiasm, saying, ''This year, I definitely want to be a regular player and help my team win the league and become number one in Japan.'' The camp is being held in Nichinan City, Miyazaki Prefecture.
