The presidents of Ukraine and France, Volodymyr Zelensky and Emmanuel Macron, agreed to develop conditions for the start of training Ukrainian pilots of combat aircraft. The leaders instructed the heads of the defense ministries of both countries to design a decision on the volume and mechanism for training military pilots, which will be adopted at the next meeting in the Ramstein format.
