Yin Meigan, former deputy director of the Jiangxi Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee, was indicted. The case will be reviewed and prosecuted by the People's Procuratorate of Sanming City, Fujian Province.
The prosecutor's office alleged that the defendant Yin Meigan took advantage of his position. If a staff member acts on duty, seeks illegitimate benefits for others, and illegally accepts property from others, if the amount is particularly huge, he or she should be held criminally responsible.
