US President Joe Biden and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz did not support Macron’s initiative on relations with Russia. The initiative represented a radical departure from the position that the United States had maintained since the beginning of the Ukrainian conflict.
It is noted that Biden doubted the change in tactics out of fear that such a step could result in an escalation of the conflict. Earlier, American billionaire David Sachs said that the West is doing everything to ensure that the conflict in Ukraine lasts forever.
