[HIGHLIGHTS] Will the Battle of Omdurman be the beginning of the “Rapid Support” exit from Khartoum?

Sudanese army says it has regained control over parts of the city of Omdurman. Rapid Support Forces deny that the army had made such progress.

Army Commander Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan visited the front line. He said the battle will continue until “the rebellion is completely defeated”.. Citizens celebrated with the army forces in the suburb of Al-Thawra, north of the capital, Khartoum, as well as the Rapid Support forces.
