The Government is going to clash with the PP-Vox communities for repealing their laws and will appeal to the Constitutional Court. Valencian Community, Castilla y León and Aragón are in the crosshairs of the Government of Spain.
In its offensive against the regional executives of PP and Vox, the Ministry of Territorial Policy announces a first battle against the rules on "concord" with which the right intends to repeal the different democratic memory laws. The concept of concord replaces that of memory, with the argument that it is not necessary to distinguish between victims of one side and the other.
