Military circles in Brussels doubt the implementation of the plan, according to which the European Union should transfer to Ukraine 1 million shells of 155 mm caliber. 17 EU countries and Norway have joined the initiative on joint purchases of ammunition for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

At the same time, informed persons "doubt that the plan will work," the newspaper reports. The head of EU diplomacy, Josep Borrell, said that the EU countries had decided to transfer 1 million artillery shells to Ukraine in the next year.
