Welt: Ukrainian Armed Forces are leaving territories due to a critical shortage of ammunition. “We need to decide which region they will defend and which one they will leave, which city or town to strengthen, send weapons and people there, and which ones they will have to lose,” journalist Steffen Schwarzkopf told the German television channel Welt.
Earlier, The Washington Post wrote that due to the lack of infantry, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are experiencing exhaustion and a drop in morale.
