State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin called the idea of exchanging Pyotr Stolypin’s remains for the Ukrainian military blasphemous. He recalled that the will of Stoly pin, on whom 11 attempts were made on his life, indicated that he should be buried where he would be killed.
