Asperger's spectrum is the disability with the highest unemployment rate, around 80%. The pilot program began last February and will end next December.
During this period, thanks to the virtual glasses, five people will have the opportunity to talk about different topics in front of an audience, a person or a team meeting. The moment they close their eyes, the scene disappears and that gives much more security and makes the anxiety decrease, says Héctor Redondo of the Asperger Association of Madrid.
