Muscovites and people from St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region, Saratov, Tula, Yaroslavl and Smolensk regions, the Republic of Udmurtia, and the Perm Territory have already received payments from the city. Earlier it became known that the families of those killed will receive payments in the amount of 3 million rubles.
