The town of Sannois in Val-d'Oise turns its lights back on at night for the safety of residents. The mayor turned them off between 1:30 a.m.

and 4:45 a.M. during the explosion in energy prices two years ago. From now on, the town hall turns back on its public lighting equipped with more ecological bulbs. “It’s a good thing. There is a feeling of more security. Even in a small town like us, we need security too,” says a resident.
