US Treasury Department lists two individuals and five entities linked to Intelexa. The sanctions include the president and founder of the group, Tal Delian.

Delian is a former officer in the Israeli Military Intelligence (AMAN) He is accused of developing and disseminating spyware that targeted U.S. officials and journalists. The spyware, which was used in dozens of countries, allowed unauthorized data extraction, geographic location tracking, and access to personal information on hacked devices. The US sanctions stipulate that all property in the possession of Dillian and the other entities covered by the sanctions are prohibited.
