It was his first electoral test in his quest for a second term in the White House, during the Democratic primary in South Carolina, according to American television projections. He will now face off against Hillary Clinton for the Democratic presidential nomination in the 2016 presidential election on November 8. The Republican race is expected to take place on November 4.
