Of 50 suspicious vessels, 27 have moved in Swedish waters, according to SVT's investigation, often under the guise of being fishing trawlers or cargo vessels. The revelation has provoked reactions, Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson has called it "a very risky situation" in Sweden's immediate vicinity.
