[HIGHLIGHTS] Universal national service: the government's new path to generalize it

The government is studying a new avenue to generalize the universal national service (SNU) The SNU is aimed at adolescents aged 15 to 17. Instead of being held outside school time, this arrangement could take place instead of school hours.
