Former US President Donald Trump has been ordered to pay nearly $355 million in fines for a series of financial frauds within his real estate empire, the Trump Organization. A conviction which is accompanied by a three-year ban from any business management in the State of New York.

The state's attorney general, Letitia James, filed charges against him in 2022 and took him, along with his two adult sons and their family group, to a civil trial for fraud from October to January. More information to follow.
