United States: Baltimore bridge collapses after being hit by ship. Several vehicles fell into the water.
The ship crashed into the bridge, catching fire before sinking and causing several vehicles to fall into the Patapsco River. Rescuers are searching for at least seven people believed to be in the water, Kevin Cartwright, communications director for the Baltimore Fire Department said. It's still too early to know how many people were affected, but he called the collapse a "developing mass event"
