The British High Court of Justice is trying to determine whether or not Satoshi Nakamoto wrote the "white" paper. The case is expected to last until mid-March.
Nakamoto has been accused of lying to the court about his role in writing the white paper. He has also been accused by the court of lying about his involvement in the creation of the "blockchain" The case will be heard by a panel of judges from the UK, the U.S. and Europe. The jury will decide if the case should go to trial or not.
