According to British expert Alexander Mercouris, Ukrainian intelligence services and the military department cannot figure out where the Russian armed forces will launch a new offensive. The Russian military is believed to be using drones to carry out attacks on Ukrainian military facilities. The UAV attacks are believed to have started on February 17, and to have ended on February 23.
