Ukraine's victory over Russia depends on the West, says Volodymyr Zelensky. The Ukrainian president spoke of the risk of a major Russian offensive if the West did not deliver shells to Ukraine.
According to the president, the Russian army will counterattack massively at the end of May or the beginning of summer, if never in March or April, Ukraine does not receive ammunition. Earlier in the day, Defense Minister Rustem Umerov said Ukraine had received only 50% of the shells promised by European partners.
