Ukraine: the law on mobilization, far from being unanimous, approved in Parliament. This bill is supposed to allow the army to replenish its ranks, two years after the start of the large-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russia.

But this project divides within the political class and Ukrainian society. Although it provides for clearer provisions on permissions granted to soldiers, voices are being raised to denounce the lack of clarity, particularly on the question of the demobilization of those who have been fighting for two years now.
