The European Union adopted a new set of sanctions against Russia on February 21. This is the thirteenth package of sanctions taken by the European Union since the start of the war in Ukraine.

The new measures, which must be ratified by the Twenty-Seven before the second anniversary of Russia's invasion of Ukraine, target for example three Chinese companies which supplied the Russian army. North Korea is also targeted, reports our correspondent in Brussels, Pierre Benazet. Companies from India, Turkey or Serbia were also targeted for contributing to the Russian war effort.
