Two men have assaulted late Monday afternoon the headquarters of the Popular Party in Móstoles armed with knives and pepper spray canisters. An attack, as EL MUNDO has learned, which has left several intoxicated by the chemical, since it had gathered at that time 42 affiliates.
The police have proceeded to arrest the two assailants who have been identified as "ultra-left", according to sources consulted by this newspaper. "It is something detestable, despicable and we condemn it totally, it cannot be that a party is attacked by two members of the ultra-left," says Manuel Bautista.
