Turchak: United Russia in 2023 fulfilled the annual plan for the People's Program by 96%. According to him, one of the key results was the creation and modernization of more than 83 thousand facilities throughout Russia.
Earlier it was reported that United Russia Chairman Dmitry Medvedev will present a report to President Vladimir Putin on the results of the implementation of the party’s program. He added that measures have also been taken to support participants of the special military operation and their families.
