Relatives of Tove, 20, want her to pay as much in damages as the 18-year-old convicted of her murder. The appeals have been submitted to the district court by the family's and boyfriend's two different plaintiffs' counsel.
Eksjö District Court sentenced Tove to pay SEK 130,000 in damages to the five relatives. Tove was sentenced to life in prison for the murder of her boyfriend, who was 17 at the time of the crime.
