Kazakhstan's President congratulates Russian President Vladimir Putin on his victory in the presidential elections. President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev also congratulated his Russian counterpart.
The heads of state agreed to continue close cooperation, according to a statement from the Kazakh President's office. Chinese President Xi Jinping also conveyed his congratulations to the Russian President. The statement said that the two leaders discussed the progress of bilateral cooperation, which is progressively developing in the spirit of strategic partnership. The Kazakh President also congratulated the Chinese President for his victory.
