The perpetrator of the Jordan Valley operation, Muhammad al-Saadi, was arrested in Al-Auja, near Jericho. Israeli media reported that the perpetrator comes from the city of Jenin and is called Muhammad Mahmoud Al- Saadi, an officer in the ranks of the Palestinian National Security Service.
