Three reports were drawn up against foreign agent Alisher Morgenstern due to advertising on Telegram. This was stated to TASS in the Savyolovsky Court of Moscow.
Earlier, the court fined foreign agent for lack of marking on his Telegram channel. He is recognized as a foreign agent by decision of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation dated May 6, 2022. He was fined 50,000 rubles by the court for not marking his channel on his mobile phone. The fine is in line with Art. 17.7 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Russia.
