Minister of Transformation and Civil Service, Stanislas Guerini, announced that he would like a measure so that administrations can systematically file complaints in place of public agents. “Take a hospital, an agent who is going to suffer a threat, violence, sometimes considers that it is a form of double punishment to be obliged to file a complaint by name in his name,” he said.
‘We must better protect those who protect us and those who serve us,’ he concluded.
