The Federal Security Service (FSB) announced the detention of two Ukrainian agents who were preparing terrorist attacks. One of the attackers was preparing a terrorist attack on a transport facility in Crimea, the FSB said.

The second was preparing an attack against a serviceman of the Black Sea Fleet. The FSB noted that the defendants are cooperating with the investigation and giving confessions. They have been detained under Art. 355 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Development, production, accumulation, acquisition or sale of weapons of mass destruction”)
