Children's relationship with the Internet and electronic devices begins at an early age. Data from Spain's National Observatory of Technology and Society confirms that 98% of 10-15-year-olds in the country visit the virtual world frequently.
9 out of 10 (90%) by the age of 13 own a mobile phone. If there is a need to use the technology, it should be a safe use, and reduced to less than an hour a day, according to the newspaper "El Mundo"
