Liliane Dahlmann, the widow of Luisa Isabel Álvarez de Toledo y Maura, the Duchess of Medina Sidonia, has been sentenced to six months in prison for misappropriation of 278,000 euros. The resolution issued by the Third Section of the Provincial Court of Cádiz condemns Dahlman as the author responsible for a crime of mis appropriation.
Dahlman had seized, to the detriment of the heirs, all of the money that, upon the death of the Duchess, was deposited in her ownership accounts in a London bank.
