The departments of Alpes-Maritimes, Ardèche and Var are on orange rain-flood alert for the start of the weekend. Charente-Maritime will remain on orange flood alert.
The departments of Loire and Haute-Loire will also be on wind orange vigilance. The southeastern regions will be the most impacted, both by a strong southeast wind, and especially by significant amounts of precipitation during the day and the following night. The southeast wind will still blow strongly in the southeast quarter, with gusts of 70/80 km/h in general.
